3.3 Technical data

Our web hosting provider (Namecheap) may automatically collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and access times. This data is collected for security and server administration purposes.

3.4 Data we do not collect

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use analytics services such as Google Analytics. We do not use advertising networks or third-party tracking scripts. We do not collect payment information through this Website.

No marketing use: Your data is not added to any mailing list or used for marketing purposes. Brevo processes it solely for email delivery.

7. Third-party services

The Website uses the following third-party services:

Namecheap (Web Hosting)

Our Website is hosted on Namecheap's shared hosting platform. Namecheap may process server log data as part of standard hosting operations. Subject to Namecheap's Privacy Policy.

Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts to serve typefaces (Outfit and DM Sans). When you visit our Website, your browser makes a request to Google's servers to load these fonts. Google may process your IP address as part of this request. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Brevo

Used to deliver contact form submissions via email. Subject to Brevo's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third parties. We do not use any advertising networks or analytics tracking services.

8. Data storage and security

Contact form data: Contact form submissions are delivered to our email inbox via Brevo. We do not store form submissions in a database on the Website. Email correspondence is retained in our email system for the purpose of managing enquiries.

Server logs: Standard server logs are stored by Namecheap on their hosting infrastructure and are subject to their data retention policies.

Security measures: The Website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. The contact form includes anti-bot protections (honeypot, time check, maths challenge, and rate limiting) to prevent abuse. Access to the hosting account is secured with strong authentication.

No own database: We do not operate a database on this Website. Personal data from contact form submissions is processed transiently via Brevo and delivered to our email inbox.

9. Data retention

Contact form submissions and email correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and manage any ongoing relationship. We will delete correspondence within 12 months of the last communication unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it longer.

Server log data is retained by Namecheap in accordance with their standard retention policies.
